Yes, my 1:1 coaching is 100% customized to you.
If you apply for 1:1 coaching, everything is built specifically for you:

- Your nutrition targets
- Your schedule
- Your body, goals, injuries, lifestyle, and experience level
I personally design your plan inside my coaching app and we adjust it as you progress.
On my website, I also offer ready-made programs and ebooks in the ebook shop section. Those are amazing if you want a great structured plan you can follow on your own.
But 1:1 coaching is a completely different level of support. That is full customization, full accountability, and direct access to me as your coach.
